"Good idea, but a little hit or miss"
I like the idea of the food being made for my dog, and he does eat it most days, so that’s a plus. It is pricey though, and I didn’t notice a huge difference in his coat or energy like I was hoping. Delivery was fine, no real issues there. The only thing is the results didn’t quite match the hype for me, and that part was weird

"Really helpful and friendly customer service"
I had to get in touch with Tails because my dog had gone off his food a bit, and I wasn’t sure what to switch him to. They got back to me quickly and were really lovely about it, no fuss at all. They explained what to do, sorted the next delivery for me, and made it all really easy. My sister even commented how nice it was that they actually seemed to listen. Really happy with the help we got.

"Really dependable deliveries"
I’ve been using Tails for a few months now, and the biggest thing I’ve noticed is how dependable the deliveries are. The food turns up when they say it will, so I’m not constantly worrying about running out or having to make a last-minute trip to the shop.
There was one time a box arrived a day late, but they kept me updated, so it wasn’t really an issue. Based on my experience so far, it’s been a really reliable service and that’s a big reason I’ve stuck with it.

"My dog is usually fussy with food..."
My dog is usually fussy with food, so I wasn’t totally sure how he’d get on with tails.com, but he’s been eating it without too much fuss. It did take him a few days to get used to it, which I guess is normal, right? Now his bowl is mostly empty after meals, so I’m taking that as a good sign. I’d probably give it 5 stars if he was equally excited about every flavour, but overall I’m happy with it

"Good food and my dog really seems to like it"
The food seems really good quality, and my dog finishes it most days, which is always a good sign. His coat is looking nice too, so I’m happy with it overall. I only knocked a star off because a couple of the flavours don’t really seem to agree with him.

"Since we moved over to Tails, Charlie..."
Since we moved over to Tails, Charlie has been so much better. Like I said, his tummy seems way more settled, and his coat is looking nicer too. He actually finishes his food now, which didn’t always happen before. Delivery has been easy as well, and I like that it’s made to fit his age and weight. Like I said, it’s just been a really good change for him.

"Easy to pause when I need to"
I like that its flexible and I can pause it whenever I need to. The only thing is its a bit pricey, but overall it works well for me.
